CLASS POLICY

Class Refund

We want you to be satisfied, so all class/event purchased at Stitchhouse Dallas can be refunded within 72 hours for classes and 7 days for major events. 

Most refunds are returned via the original payment method. Please note that certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds. For more information, please call. 

 

How to Request a Refund

You can quickly request a refund by emailing us at [email protected]

When you submit a refund request, please be sure to include the event/class name, day, and time.

Class reschedule

All classes will be subject to cancellation at our discretion. 

A class will be rescheduled if there are less than 3 students with the exception of Apparel classes.

What is the Good Neighbor block party? 

A 9-block sew-along featured on Accuquilt, Janome, Brother, Quilter's Select, Bernina and Handi-Quilter.

 

How does it work? 

Purchase the kit. 

Receive precut quilt blocks in the mail. 

Watch weekly sew along quilt videos. 

Quilt from the comfort of your home. 

Come in, if you're near Plano, to a Finishing class, to finish your backing OR watch our finishing class online.
